HackMatrix 2026 at Adamas University is committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful experience for every participant.

Important Notice

All participants are required to complete the attached No Objection Certificate (NOC) and present it upon arrival. Failure to produce this document may result in disqualification from the event.

HackMatrix 2026 follows the MLH Code of Conduct, and all participants are strongly encouraged to review it carefully.

Please ensure that you comply with this Code of Conduct for a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the event.

TL;DR

Be respectful. Harassment and abuse are not tolerated.

If you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or observe inappropriate behavior at any point during the event, report it immediately using the procedures outlined below.

Our Commitment

HackMatrix 2026 at Adamas University is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn, build, and collaborate safely.

What Constitutes Harassment

  • Offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or social or economic background.
  • Sharing sexual or violent content.
  • Use of vulgar or abusive language.
  • Intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Doxxing or online harassment.
  • Disrupting talks, workshops, or activities.
  • Inappropriate physical contact.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Unauthorized photography or recording.

Event-Specific Guidelines

  • Participants must not use sexualized or inappropriate content in their projects, presentations, or interactions.
  • Staff, volunteers, and organizers must maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
  • If any behavior makes someone uncomfortable, it is considered harassment and must stop immediately.

Compliance

All participants are required to follow this Code of Conduct, including:

  • Hackers
  • Mentors
  • Judges
  • Sponsors
  • Volunteers
  • Organizers

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Warning
  • Disqualification
  • Expulsion from the event without any refund or compensation

Reporting & Support

  • Immediately contact an event organizer or volunteer.
  • Reach out to MLH representatives if applicable.
  • We will assist participants in contacting campus security or authorities if needed.
  • We will provide support to ensure your safety and comfort.
